5. iOS Screen Time Integration

Pebble uses Apple's Screen Time API to enforce app blocking. This integration:

• Does not monitor or track app usage beyond what you configure
• Respects Apple's privacy guidelines and user consent requirements
• App tokens are encrypted and stored securely

6. NFC Data

When you register an NFC tag (Pebble):

• We store only the unique tag identifier
• Tag IDs are associated with your account for verification
• No personal information is written to the NFC tag
• You can unregister tags at any time

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can update your account information through the App settings.

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

You can revoke Screen Time permissions through iOS Settings at any time, though this will affect App functionality.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification for material changes
